Today, let’s talk about the lie we’ve all been sold: that sexy has an age limit. That when you’re 40, you should dim your light, hide, and softly acknowledge the fact that your “best years” are over. Spoiler alert: That’s just pure bullshit. The women over 40 who walk into my studio? They are not here to return to their 20s. And indeed. That is truly so. Those are some of the most profound experiences I have been to-be and I get to witness myself in them–they’re emotional and downright badass. Just to start today, in person, I saw people doing what I do.
